We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Where does the company operate from?
We operate from Western Australia, Perth
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free for items over $50.
How long does delivery take?
It takes 3-5 days for processing and 7–15 business days for postage.
How do I track my order?
We will send you the respective tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order on our website (Order Tracking tab on the main header.)

Q. What if I require assistance placing an order?
A member of our amazing staff will respond to your email at sofitlif3@gmail.com within 24 hours with an answer to your questions or concerns.
Q.I need to modify my order; how do I go about doing this?
After ordering, if you need to make any adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible. After processing your order, we are unable to make any modifications.
Do you offer any discount codes?
We often distribute coupons, deals, and other offers to people who sign up for our newsletter. Visit our home page to sign up right away.
When I provide my email address, will my information be sell my information?
We absolutely never have sold and will never sell any kind of consumer information. Emails are only used for follow-up and to inform our loyal clients about promotions and discount coupons.
Payments
Is it safe to make purchases from SOFiT?
Without a doubt, we don't store any of your credit card details. PayPal or our respected third-party credit card processor, Stripe, which processes billions of dollars annually, handle all of the processing (your choice). To protect all of your information, SOFiT uses the most advanced SSL encryptions currently available.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major payment types which may include PayPal, Master Card, Debit Card , Visa Card
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take the US dollar, British pound, euro, Canadian dollar, and Australian dollar as forms of payment. In the upcoming weeks, we will add other currencies to our store. While shopping, you can change the currency in real time (top right-hand corner).
Returns
How do you handle returns?
We have a 14-day return policy (starting from the day you receive the merchandise). For refunds, shipping fees are your responsibility. For further details, please see the page on refunds. Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.
When will I receive my refund?
We will handle returns within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the item and will let you know when it's done.
